Nicole Dyer Griffith is the originator of the O2N way. The development of the O2N way and brand was as a direct result of the compilation of her experiences, training and interactions in the many various courses of her life.

Nicole is a registered nurse by training, having spent over one year of her nursing career in the treatment and rehabilitation of the psycho – socially impaired. Nicole, placed her nursing career on hold to go on to represent Trinidad and Tobago in the 1999 Miss Universe Competition, and won the Best National Costume.

After this experience, Nicole again rehabilitated her nursing training, in a different role, where she worked in the Petrochemical industry with the development of a Behavioural Risk Management company, for over nine years. Nicole honed her career in communications, marketing and public relations after obtaining her Master’s Degree in that field.

Nicole subsequently dedicated a few years at the highest Corporate levels where she served as Group Corporate Communications Manager at the ANSA McAL Group of Companies at the Head Quarters, developing and devising relevant strategies in the various Group brand development. After making her mark, Nicole felt the desire to continue to give to her country at the Political Level and entered the field of Politics.

In 2007 and 2010 Nicole entered the political race, with her then party, the Congress of the People, and eventually served in Government as a Government Senator and Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Communications. Nicole served as Chairman of the Congress of the People, [a political party], then later moved on and formed the Alliance of Independents, where she currently serves as the Interim Political Leader.

Nicole’s passion to service extends to many areas including, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment modalities, the management of the GIII Foundation, which is an NGO that conducts Life Skills Management training to persons between the ages of 8-18, and other areas of volunteerism.

Nicole is married to Captain Gary Griffith, former Minister of National Security in Trinidad and Tobago, and has one [1] son, Gary Griffith III.

Nicole is currently the Chief Executive Officer of NDG Communications and Consulting, and Director of SAS [CGGAL Group], and chief evangelist of the O2N way.
